Bahan:

1. 225 gr gula pasir
2. 325 cc santan kental
3. 8 butir telur ayam (3 putih telur)
4. 75 gr tepung kanji
5. 25 gr tepung maizena, garam, dan vanili secukupnya

Untuk babon:

1. 1 sdm gist/ragi
2. 100 cc air hangat
3. 50 gr tepung terigu

Cara membuat:

1. telur dan gula pasir dikocok menjadi satu, sampai putih, tepung terigu dicampur dengan babon, uleni sampai rata. lalu masukkan santan sambil diuleni sampai rata. tambahkan kocokan telur, biarkan semalam. paginya baru dicetak menurut selera(pakai cetakan apem terlebih dahulu). cetakan diolesi sedikit mentega.
2. babon: semua bahan direndam menjadi satu selama dua jam.

Ketimus

Bahan:

• 6 buah singkong besar
• 2 buah kelapa tua
• 6 cangkir irisan gula jawa
• 3 cangkir gula pasir
• 2 cangkir air matang
• daun pisang

Cara membuat:

•  Parut singkong dan kelapa, kemudian campurkan semua bahan dan diaduk rata.
• Bungkus sedikit-sedikit dengan daun pisang, lalu kukus sampai matang.
